This article contains a list of text messages automatically sent to customers in the Post-Picture Day Series SMS Campaign. For more information about all of PhotoDay's automatic SMS and Email Campaigns, read Automatic Email & SMS Campaigns.
The Post-Picture Day Series is variable to include information on certain job settings or customer actions such as Bulk Shipping, AdvancePay, offers, etc. Within a Job > Marketing > Active Messages, you can preview each automated message and see when it was or will be sent according to the job’s gallery status and current settings (offers, expiration, shipping type, etc.). The messages will update as these settings and/or the job status are updated. Learn more.

Send Times
Transactional messages (like changing a job's gallery status to Published or AdvancePay) are sent immediately between the hours of 9 AM and 7:59 PM.
If the status is changed between the hours of 8 PM and 8:59 AM, the messages will be delayed until 9 AM (based on the job's timezone). This is to be compliant with communication guidelines and to prevent any 3 AM “Your photos are ready!” text messages.
Reminder messages are sent at 12 PM based on the job's timezone.

This series automatically begins the moment a gallery is Published and halts when a customer places an order. The series cannot be restarted or modified once it has started, so make sure your gallery is truly ready to be viewed before you hit publish! Read more about changing gallery statuses.
