This article contains a definitive list of emails automatically sent to customers in the Expiration Series Email Campaign. If you'd like to deactivate an email campaign, go to Job > Settings > Campaigns to switch them off.

Below is an example of how these emails look when received by the customer:

The subject line, greeting, and first paragraph change depending on each email, and can be seen below. The rest of the email remains the same, but auto-populates the relevant access codes and names.
Emails with an offer attached will also include the relevant, auto-populated offer details. Here is an example of an email with an offer attached:

Transactional emails (like changing a job's gallery status to Published or AdvancePay) are sent immediately. Reminder emails are sent at 12 PM in the respective timezone.

This series automatically begins according to a job's expiration date and halts when a customer places an order. Read more about changing gallery statuses.
