This article contains a definitive list of emails automatically sent to customers in the Post-Picture Day Series Email Campaign. If you'd like to deactivate an email campaign, go to Job > Settings > Campaigns to switch them off.

The subject line, greeting, and first paragraph change depending on each email, and can be seen below. The rest of the email remains the same, but auto-populates the relevant access codes and names.

Emails with an offer attached will also include the relevant, auto-populated offer details. Here is an example of an email with an offer attached:

Transactional emails (like changing a job's gallery status to Published or AdvancePay) are sent immediately. Reminder emails are sent at 12 PM in the respective timezone.

This series automatically begins the moment a gallery is Published and halts when a customer places an order. The series cannot be restarted or modified once it has started, so make sure your gallery is truly ready to be viewed before you hit publish! Read more about changing gallery statuses.
