If your customer enters an order in error, or asks to cancel it for any reason, the first thing to do is to locate the order number and contact your lab to let them know you'd like to cancel the order. This will help to prevent an unwanted order from being shipped to the customer.

Then, you'll need to submit a request through the Order Resolution form under the Help section of your Studio Resources. Once we get that request, we can issue a refund for the total purchase amount back to the customer.
