Mistakes happen! If your customer places an order in error or asks to cancel it for any reason, this article will walk you through how to address the situation.
While some of our partner labs can accommodate, order cancelations are never guaranteed. Below are the general protocols and capabilities for canceling an order with each lab if the order is caught in time:

— It’s important to note that these protocols are subject to the nature and timing of the request, and PhotoDay can not ensure that an order will be canceled once it’s been placed.
How to Cancel an Order
If your lab supports order cancelations, the first thing to do is to locate the order number and reach out to our Customer Success Team. Just click on the orange chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen when you’re logged into the studio panel.
Note: If you interact with your lab directly to try and cancel an order, and want to refund your customer, you will still need to submit a Refund Request Form.
