How can I view and track my customer's orders?

Where to view orders and find tracking details

Did you know you can search and find any customer order from right within your studio panel?

From Home, you can click the 3 dots to go to the Orders Page or simply search for the Order in the search bar:

Click the Tracking Number and a new window will open with tracking information:

Or click the Order Number to open the invoice:

You can also search for orders by number, customer name/email address/phone number by going to Reports > Orders:

And finally, you can view orders for a particular job by going to Job > Insights > Sales:

From the Order Invoice page, you can view your customer's information and order details, print an invoice, resend their digital receipt, and even request a reprint.
