PhotoDay collects the sales or use tax on the tangible personal property sold and delivered, including delivery by a third party, and is liable to collect and remit the retail delivery fee in the following states:

Colorado

Effective July 1, 2022, the state of Colorado imposes a retail delivery fee on all deliveries by motor vehicle to a location in Colorado with at least one item of tangible personal property subject to state sales or use tax. This includes the photos and items sold on PhotoDay.

Minnesota

Effective July 1, 2024, the state of Minnesota imposes a 50-cent retail delivery fee on certain transactions involving retail delivery in Minnesota. If an order subtotal is equal to or exceeds $100, a retail fee of $0.50 will be applied. Digital download products are not applicable and will not count toward the subtotal.
