Resending order receipts and links to any purchased digital downloads can now be done right within the order.
Before resending receipts, verify the customer has entered the correct email address and has access to that email. If you need to update the email address, reach out to support@photoday.io with the order number and we can update it on your behalf.
Search and find the order right from your studio panel:
Click the order number to open the invoice:
Click Resend Receipt:
If the order contains any download purchases, the links will be available in the new order receipt. Check out this article for details.
