Resending Order Receipts

How to resend order receipts and digital downloads

Resending order receipts and links to any purchased digital downloads can now be done right within the order.

Before resending receipts, verify that the customer has entered the correct email address and has access to it. If you need to update the email address, reach out to support@photoday.io with the order number, and we can update it on your behalf.

Search and find the order right from your studio panel:

The email is sent from gallery@photoday.io and displays your studio name as the sender. This can help customers locate the email if they report that they did not receive it.

Click the order number to open the invoice:

Click Resend Receipt:

Alternatively, you can share the download link directly from the order details page without resending the full receipt.

If the order contains any download purchases, the links will be available in the new order receipt. Check out this article for details.

On a computer, customers can use the "Download All" button at the bottom of the download page to save the entire gallery. On mobile devices, images must be downloaded individually. Additionally, purchased images may still appear watermarked in the gallery; the unwatermarked versions are accessible only through the download link in the receipt.
