PhotoDay creates marketing QR codes for every job that you can easily download and add to your promotional materials.
Communication is key when it comes to online selling! Gathering early opt-ins is the best way to ensure customers know when the gallery is published and photos are ready to be purchased. And one of the best ways to direct your customers to their gallery is through a custom QR code on a flyer or poster.
How do I market my galleries using QR codes?
QR codes are wonderful tools for your promotional materials. They can be downloaded directly from any job’s settings and added to any promotional design (poster/flyer/sign/banner/reminder card) and either printed or added to an email flyer.
We highly recommend checking out PhotoDay’s free marketing kit full of customizable templates for banners, social graphics, posters, reminder cards, and more! Many of the designs already include a spot for a QR code. Find it right here in the PhotoDay Studio Panel under Resources > Marketing Kit.
For email flyers, we recommend choosing the Modern Horizontal Design and adding one of your newly designed promotional resources.
Where can I download marketing QR codes?
Downloading marketing QR codes is simple! Just open a Job > Settings > Gallery Access and scroll down to the QR Codes section.
Depending on which gallery access you chose, you will see one or two QR code options.
Private Jobs:
You can download a Job URL QR code that directs customers to either Gallery Lookup or a Registration Form. Please make sure one of these features is enabled.
Group Jobs:
You can download an SMS QR code that automatically creates an opt-in text message with the gallery’s access code to 90738. Sending this will subscribe customers to SMS notifications, and they’ll receive the gallery link immediately.
Public Jobs:
You can choose to download the SMS QR code or the URL QR code. Customers visiting the Job URL will be prompted to opt in to text notifications upon entering the gallery.
