The “Download All My Photos” product (or Download All for short) allows you to offer customers all images of one subject as High-Res digital downloads for a set price. The number of images included in the product will be variable depending on the number of images included in the gallery for the selected subject.

This product is powered by FaceFind, so you don’t have to do any manual matching! All you have to do is set the price for the Download All product, then your customers can get every photo of their child as High-Res digital downloads—instantly with just a few clicks.

In Private jobs, the product will include all images that have been matched to a specific subject/gallery.

In Group and Public jobs, FaceFind will be utilized to find all images of a selected subject. Customers will be able to add the product to their cart multiple times if they are purchasing for multiple subjects.

To ensure Download All helps you reach your maximum sales potential, here are a few example use cases:

*Since a FaceFind search is necessary for Group/Public jobs, if you have images with obscured faces, silhouette style lighting, helmets on, etc., then it is recommended to only offer this product in a private job setting to ensure customers receive all of their images.

In Group/Public jobs, customers will also need to have at least one individual image of their subject to be able to run the image search.

To enable the “Download All My Photos” product, just head to the Digital Products tab of your price sheet. First set your retail price, keeping in mind that this product will include all images of a subject as High-Res digital downloads with print releases.

Once your price is set, just click the toggle under Action to enable it, and it will immediately be available for any jobs using this price sheet.

Currently, “Download All My Photos” is not eligible to be added on the same price sheet as Digital Download Bundles, only one of these products can be offered at a time on a single price sheet.

When a customer visits their gallery, they will see the “Download All My Photos” option advertised right from their gallery. They will be able to skip favoriting and immediately add this option to their cart from here.

If they do favorite images and head to the storefront, the top banner here will feature the product as well. When purchasing the product, all images will be included even if they have not been favorited.

In Group or Public jobs, the customer will also see the “Download All My Photos” option from within their gallery. The card will appear every 20 images so that they can’t miss it while scrolling through their gallery.

In these job types, customers will have an extra step of identifying the subject they will be purchasing all images of. Customers will need to have at least one individual photo of a subject favorited in order to add the product to their cart. If they try to add the product without, we will prompt them to do so.

We will have them select the clearest forward-facing image of their subject to run the FaceFind search, and then all found images will be added to the product in their cart.

For all job types, once the product is added to the cart, customers will be able to review the included images and choose to add Retouching if this add-on is offered on your price sheet:
