While we are saying goodbye to the iOS and Android native Galleries apps, we’re also paving the way for new features to replace the apps’ functionality by leveraging the latest in tech to enhance the customer experience.

Support of apps discontinued.
If a customer runs into an issue, ask them to delete the app and shop in a mobile or desktop web browser.

Customers still using the Galleries apps will see the following message directing them to my.photoday.com to access their gallery.

Apps will be removed from the app stores and disabled.
Can customers still shop from their smartphones?
100% Absolutely. We will always keep things mobile-first. 88% of all customers are shopping from their smartphones with PhotoDay. However, only 18% of lifetime purchases in PhotoDay happened via the native app(s).
Instead of instructing your customers to download the app, simply point them to my.photoday.com (or to text their access code to 90738, like always).
Can I still instruct customers to use the apps until they're officially discontinued?
We do not recommend telling your customers to download or use the Galleries Apps. These apps are not supported or updated at this time. Direct your customers to my.photoday.com or to text their access code to 90738.
When can I expect to know more about new features and updates?
