Can customers still shop from their smartphones?

100% Absolutely. We will always keep things mobile-first. 88% of all customers are shopping from their smartphones with PhotoDay. However, only 18% of lifetime purchases in PhotoDay happened via the native app(s).

Instead of instructing your customers to download the app, simply point them to (or to text their access code to 90738, like always).

Can I still instruct customers to use the apps until they're officially discontinued?

We do not recommend telling your customers to download or use the Galleries Apps. These apps are not supported or updated at this time. Direct your customers to or to text their access code to 90738.

When can I expect to know more about new features and updates?

We are excited to share more in the next few months. We can’t wait for customers to enjoy a whole new shopping experience!
