If you are a customer of PhotoDay and are audited due to an incorrect tax collection, we will cover any uncollected sales tax, penalties, and interest, resulting from the inaccuracy. The amount we will cover is up to 2 times what you paid PhotoDay over the prior 12 months—provided you had your tax nexus properly set up and configured at the time the inaccurate result was returned.
Please notify us within 14 days of first receiving notice of an audit. We’ll ask you to share your audit-related information so we can help research the situation.
