Set up AdvancePay credit sheet and the price sheet you’d like to use for this job
Create an offer in the Studio Panel Store that you’d like to use with AdvancePay - and any other offers you’d like to use for this job.
Set up the organization and create the job with gallery access type “Private”. Associate the price sheet, AdvancePay, and AdvancePay offer with the job.
4 WEEKS BEFORE PICTURE DAY
Find out how the organization communicates with parents and ask for a list of the subjects being photographed. Upload this data to the gallery to create the individual access codes and later sync the images to the data.
2-4 WEEKS BEFORE
Set the Gallery Status to AdvancePay. This will allow customers to purchase AdvancePay credits before picture day.
Create a flyer that announces picture day and promotes a special offer with the purchase of AdvancePay credits.
Send flyer PDF and website URL to your contact at the organization and make sure they send it to the customers right away!
DAY BEFORE OR DAY OF
Set up for the event. Make sure your staff is trained and downloads the Capture app to seamlessly sync photos with the correct data.
Set up equipment and ensure the gallery is good to go on the capture app.
Before each customer's professional photo is taken, use the Capture app to take a reference photo.
AFTER PICTURE DAY!
Upload photos and change Gallery Status to Published. PhotoDay will send a text message to all customers who texted the access code, letting them know that the gallery is live.
Drive sales after picture day with a new offer (one that doesn’t compete with the AdvancePay offer). Create a flyer that announces that the picture day photos have been published and includes the new offer.
PhotoDay will send an automatic text message to customers who opted in and/or purchased AdvancePay credits.
