Set up the job, set the gallery access type to "private", create a price sheet, and generate a special offer.
4 WEEKS BEFORE PICTURE DAY
Create marketing materials to get customers excited about picture day: PhotoDay flyer, posters, and social media graphics. (Templates are in the PhotoDay Marketing Kit.)
2-4 WEEKS BEFORE PICTURE DAY
Share marketing materials with the organization. Hang posters at the location.
1 WEEK BEFORE
Get the customer's names and information from the organization. Upload to PhotoDay to create individual access codes.
1 WEEK BEFORE
Create flyers and add a special offer to them. Send the flyers to the organization to distribute to the individual customers.
DAY BEFORE OR DAY OF
Set up for the event. Make sure your staff is trained and downloads the PhotoDay Capture app to seamlessly sync photos with the correct data.
Set up equipment and ensure the gallery is good to go on the PhotoDay Capture app.
Before each customer's professional photo is taken, use the PhotoDay Capture app to take a reference photo.
DURING PICTURE DAY (OPTIONAL)
Upload photos every 30 minutes to encourage day-of sales. Give customers an incentive, like free shipping, if they purchase today.
AFTER THE SHOOT
Post process, edit, and upload photos. Switch the gallery from Draft to Published so that everyone who texted the access code will receive a text notification that photos are ready! Encourage the organization to let customers know (via email and/or social media) that they can now access their child’s photos. For help, check out this video tutorial: Photo Management
