If you are not seeing your PhotoDay sales being reflected in your Stripe account, you may need to reconnect your Stripe account to your PhotoDay account. To do so, simply go to your Store dashboard, and then click on your Payment Settings.
There, go ahead and select the “Disconnect STRIPE” button.
You will then need to reconnect your Stripe account by clicking on the “Connect with Stripe” button.
Once on the sign up page, click on the Sign In link on the top right to enter your credentials and sign back and reconnect your Stripe account to your PhotoDay account.
If your Stripe account is connected, you should see transfers from your sales almost immediately. The exception to this may be with your very first sales through PhotoDay, which may take one to two days to process. If you are not seeing your initial sales deposited, you may need to wait a short period before taking action to reconnect your Stripe account.
