There are some instances where you might not be able to see the blue support "chat" bubble that directly connects your questions and feedback to us.
This can be caused by software such as ad blockers that prevent unwanted interruptions, such as advertisements and pop-ups, to appear during your web browsing experience. However, this also has the unfortunate side-effect of preventing us from chatting with you.
If you wish to get in touch with us, and the bubble isn't visible to you, we recommend turning off any ad or pop-up blockers you might have active, at least temporarily until your questions are resolved. If you're still having trouble, you can email us at email@example.com.
