Nightmare scenario - your customer has reached out to you, saying they've received the wrong order. Some of their items might be missing, they might have gotten the wrong kinds of products, or they might have even gotten photos that might not even be of their child! However, there's no need to panic!
Double check the order to make sure all items were ordered correctly. Get the customer's order number, and locate it in your studio panel. You can then see what was actually ordered. If there is a discrepancy between the order and what was received by the customer, please reach out to us via the Order Resolution form, located under the Help section of your Resources tab in your dashboard.
