With Bulk Actions for Job Management, you can filter your job list, select multiple jobs, and apply a change to all of them at once. After submitting, the changes automatically run in the background, so you don’t have to wait before moving on to the next task.

For example, if you’re managing large volumes of jobs and want to change the price sheet or update expiration dates for multiple jobs, you can now do that without having to open and update each individual job.

When to use Bulk Actions

Bulk Job Management is indispensable if you are:

  • Managing large studios with many active or seasonal jobs

  • Want to apply a price sheet change across an entire season’s jobs at once

  • Want to update expiration dates across multiple jobs

How to use Bulk Actions

To get started, head to the Management tab of the Jobs page, then click Bulk Actions in the top right corner.

Selecting a Bulk Action

Choose which action you’d like to use (Change Price Sheet or set Expiration Date), then select the new price sheet or new expiration date.

Finding and Filtering Jobs

From the Jobs list, use the filters to narrow down the jobs you want to act on.

You can filter by: picture day date range, current price sheet, current expiration date (or not set)

You can also use the job name keyword search to find jobs by a word or phrase in the name (e.g., "basketball" or "Spring 2026").

Note: When changing a price sheet, only jobs from the same lab will be available

Selecting Jobs and Applying a Bulk Action

Click each job you want to include, or use Select All to highlight all filtered results. Click the arrow to move jobs to the right side of the list.

Once jobs are selected, they can be individually removed with the X button. When you’re satisfied with the selected job list, you can submit the action.

Please note: Large batches may take a little while to complete. Actions run automatically in the background, so you don't need to stay on the page.

The Jobs > Management tab displays a history of bulk actions as well as important details, including whether any actions failed or have an associated warning.
